Crockpot: White Chicken Chili

Here is a super tasty recipe that I found, and manipulated, from Pinterest! Crockpot meals are so easy, and I am always down to cook a big batch of something, so I can have leftovers! This recipe makes around 6 servings, and costs close to $12.00 in total (about $2 per serving)!! You can cut costs even more if you already have frozen chicken breasts in the freezer (add two in place of the rotisserie chicken).

I serve the chili over rice, which stretches the servings!

*This can be made ahead and frozen. Place all ingredients in a gallon freezer bag (you can use 2 raw chicken breasts instead of shredded rotisserie chicken), and place flat in the freezer to freeze (takes up lees space when frozen flat). Simply print this card and tape with clear packing tape to the front of the freezer bag. Take out the night before use and place in the refrigerator to help thaw a little.
